　　The Sino-Ocean Decor Engineering Co.,Ltd [hereafter referred to as the Sino-Ocean Decor (SOD)] was established in 1998, which is a key architectural decor enterprise at the state level . The company was granted certificates of Class 1 qualification for building decor engineering , and Grade A qualification for building decor engineering design issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction .
